CONVOTHERM is a brand that offers a wide range of combi ovens distinguished by modern solutions and design, which allow you to adjust the size of the device to the room while maintaining full functionality.

Let's start with how combi ovens work. This is a solution in which hot air is forced through fans in such a way as to force horizontal air movement in the chamber. The same air then passes through a filter where fat particles are removed. This is important because fat is the main carrier of odor. The air from the filter then goes back to the fan. Throughout the process, steam is injected into the chamber to speed up the heat treatment. Thanks to the use of steam, the food does not lose its moisture and therefore does not dry out.

The COVOTHERM combi steamer will replace many other appliances. Namely, the device allows us to steam, bake, grill and even smoke. With its help we can also regenerate dishes. If we want to prepare several dishes at the same time, this is also not a problem. Since the temperature is the same throughout the chamber, all dishes are evenly cooked.

In addition, we can easily place different types of food at once, i.e. fish, pork roast, croissants, vegetables, or cakes. Since the smells are filtered out in the process of air circulation along with the fat particles, we do not risk the mixing of aromas.
